What information we collect
When you make an enquiry, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, project postcode, the type of work you are considering and anything you include in your message. We may also keep correspondence and notes needed to discuss or quote for your project.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, understand the proposed work, arrange a site conversation and provide information or a quotation. Our lawful basis is normally our legitimate interest in responding to people who ask about our services and, where relevant, taking steps before entering into a contract.
Who processes it
The website enquiry form is hosted by Netlify. Form submissions may be stored in the website owner’s Netlify account and sent to our business email. Our email service and other suppliers may also process information only so they can provide their services to us. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up and maintain appropriate business records. If an enquiry becomes a project, some information may be kept for longer to meet contractual, tax, insurance or legal requirements.
